The Lucetian X-Files
Welcome to the Lucetian X-Files, as compiled by Special Agent Fox Mulder. This is his attempt to research Luceti and uncover the truth behind its mysteries.
All files are all written on regular paper, kept off-journal and locked up in Mulder's room. For the most part they're just on basic, looseleaf paper, for the time being handwritten (woe for a computer!) and stuffed into folders. All the files are decently organized according to category and file number, despite sometimes differing in quality, depending on Mulder's mindset at the time (he's trying to be professional here, but damn is it easy to get personal when you don't have people to report to). Currently, one file is missing from the collection- the File labeled X-20071017- 4.
OOC notes are listed here and there as applicable and oocly links are provided to give a reminder/context for the events being described.
General Lucetian Files
Files relating to the regularly observed oddities of Lucetian life, rather than experiments themselves. These include anything with more long-term effects or events that are constantly ongoing, such as kidnappings, drafts, etc. Attacks are also included in this section of files since the war is an 'ongoing' event unrelated to experiments.

Time Spent Acquiring: A little over a month to sense her, thanks to constant interruptions making me lose my spiritual-mojo. This isn't as easy as it looks! But it took about two and a half weeks for me after I first heard her to learn the ability.
Date Acquired: 5/1/11 [Date approximate, mun did not record any specifics, but he had it by the time of the draft of that June]
Encounter: Trying to "think kind of like I'm a healer in a video game" was NOT entirely the best method of approach. Admittedly, I may have been a little too exuberant in my attempts to connect. I finally spent a great deal of time meditating as recommended by another villager who similarly has no natural magic capabilities. I began to feel her presence after that- sometime in July, over by the lake. I returned daily to train with her... which IS about as Star Wars-ian "feel the Force" as it sounds. It's not as if she really spoke to me out loud, more like a force that I felt and understood better the more I returned.
Current Proficiency: Decent, though I was a pretty slow starter. I tested the abilities on myself a few times
please don't hurt me for this Scully, I only made some small cuts to test it outbefore affirming than I was ready to try it out in the field. It came in VERY handy on drafts. I can heal mild to moderate injuries so far... I'm pretty sure anything too complicated would be beyond me.Additional note: Get Scully to try this ASAP.
