Ninjas run everything back home. The leader of a village is a ninja, the police are a ninja. We're basically free lance people that either go on dangerous missions, or, if we're just starting, low-level ones like helping out civillians. We're basically employed for the village and for the people. The tournaments are very intense. There's a huge possibility you can end up heavily injured, or dead.
